All exercises on your programme will come with a tutorial video as well as written coaching points if you prefer.
No. If you aren’t a gym member that is totally fine. I have amazing clients who achieve incredible results from the comfort of their own home, but if you want gym based training you can get a membership at the gym of your choice and we can ensure you get the results you want.
Online coaching with our academy is done via WhatsApp, Email, Phone Calls and IANFITNESS APP (our coaching app). Our 12-step programme is run over 12 weeks of learning via a personal mentoring, with phone calls, video call, downloadable PDFs, video tutorials, video workouts, LIVE question and answer sessions, and much more. You will be granted access to the academy upon sign up.
You can carry out the workouts from wherever suits you best; at home, in your garage, outdoors or at the local gym (not necessary). You don’t require much space at all. Your workouts will be tailored to suit your availability.
There are different phases throughout the 90days. On average you only need to be dedicating 3 x 45minute workouts per week but if you can do more the faster result you will see.
You will be given a weekly structure to follow, this can be adjusted to suit your requirements. This programme educates you how to be flexible which is key to making long-lasting changes.
All workouts are tailored to your equipment availability (select option 1 for bodyweight and elastic bands only, or option 2 for barbells, kettlebells, gym equipment and bodyweight). Minimum, you will require your own bodyweight. We will adopt a 70% strength to 30% conditioning approach. Every workout will cater for your current level of fitness and will allow you to progress as you improve.
We cater for all fitness levels, we can cater for most injuries (to be discussed prior to sign up), we have clients who range from 17-70 years old.
We are going to teach you to ditch the diet mentality forever, it’s a word we don’t use! The education you receive will teach you the flexible eating method. No set foods to be cut out, complete freedom of choice. Don’t worry all will be explained.
Our main goal is fat loss education that can be maintained. Creating a long-term leaner lifestyle through exercise, nutrition and mindset. Education about flexible eating, sustainable training and changing daily habits to create long-term lifestyle changes.
At the very start of the academy we ask you to take photographs and weigh yourself. Your weight will be done weekly and your progress photos will be done every 4 weeks. You will also be prompted to fill out a weekly log sheet which you will complete and we will check throughout. All of your workouts will be logged via IANFITNESS APP (our coaching app). Each week you will have the chance to ask questions in our private WhatsApp, email and receive support on all of the topics necessary to change.
Yes, depending on your background to resistance training. Beginners, intermediates and advanced will build some lean muscle. Remember lean muscle takes up less space than fat so that is good. The main progress will be with reduced body fat levels.
We will be with you every day in the WhatsApp, Email, Phone Call depending on the package that you sign up for. That is the first port of call for questioning. After that we will contact you weekly or biweekly with WhatsApp or emails to carry out progress check- ins. The support is there for you as long as you are willing to ask and learn.
